English Paper Piecing Drop In - Saturday

If you are new or an experienced EPP'er, we are offering a place for you to work on your English Paper Piecing project with an instructor on hand for any questions you may have. This is an opportunity for quilters like-minded to share their skills, learn new tips and techniques. It's a great way to get out with a quilty or possible make new friends. Join us on the first Saturday of each month from 9 am to 12 pm in our classroom space.

In our classroom space, we provide an iron, a cutting space at standing height, and a small design wall. Quilter will have a shared table space, a chair and is equipped with power bars should you need extra lighting.

Items you will want to bring with you are:

• A variety of needles with a sharp point
• A spool of thread for basting - any color will work, any fiber content will work - it gets taken out before you finish your project
• A spool of thread for piecing the parts together - preferably cotton in a color that goes with your fabric (just in case you do see it on the front)
• Some cotton fabric pieces
• A small rotary cutter, small cutting mat, scissors, and any other items you require for a sucessful hand sewing session. 
• We have a small amount of tools available in the shop but encourage you to bring your own supplies.  

Additional items you will find in the classroom are complimentary coffee, teas, and all the fixings. We have a Nespresso machine for an additional charge.
