Where I come from, a platter of sweet, often homemade, bite-sized baked goods (e.g., lemon squares, cookies, tarts, marshmallow squares) is called a “dainty tray.” These goodies are often served at holiday parties, showers, funerals, and most social gatherings that revolve around food. This quilt design was inspired by the tempting array of delectable treats in all shapes and colours. Have fun picking out your fabrics while I go choose the fudge brownie that’s calling my name!
