The Snowdrop Satchel
The Snowdrop Satchel comes in 2 sizes: shoulder bag and handbag size. You can make shoulder straps, handles and/or cross body straps depending on your personal preference. The sides of the bag folds in with D-ring straps and a choice of fabric ties OR tassels. Included in the pattern are instructions for an interior zippered pocket.

1/2 yard fabric (quilt weight or home decor/canvas)
1/4 yard home decor width vinyl/faux leather
Lining fabric:
1 yard quilt weight cotton
Interfacing:
1 yard foam interfacing
1/4 yard fusible fleece
3 yards fusible woven interfacing
1/4 yard Peltex
Notions and supplies:
(1) 14” zipper (#3 or #5)
(1) 8” zipper (#3)
(4) 1” D-rings
(4) 1” rectangle rings
(1) 1.5” rectangle slide
(2) 1.5” swivel clasps
(4) purse feet (optional)
(2) 1/2” swivel clasps (optional for tassels)

MEASUREMENTS:
SMALL: 9.5" W x 8" H x 3.25" D
LARGE: 14" W x 10" H x 5" D
SEWING EXPERIENCE: This bag is suitable for a confident beginner with some experience making zippered pouches and bags. It will take about 4 hours to complete the first.
